Return & Refund Policy – Skynet Computer


At Skynet Computer, we are committed to providing high-quality products and reliable services to our customers. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase or receive a damaged or defective product, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds


You may be eligible for a return or refund under the following conditions:


✔️ Defective or Damaged Product: If the product is broken, faulty, or not functioning as expected upon delivery.

✔️ Incorrect Product Received: If you receive a product that does not match your order.

✔️ Product Not Functioning Properly: If the product has a manufacturing defect (for refurbished products, warranty terms apply).

✔️ Incomplete Product: If any essential parts or accessories are missing from the package.


🔴 Non-Returnable Items:

❌ Products that are damaged due to customer mishandling.

❌ Software, digital products, and consumables (e.g., printer ink, batteries) once used.

❌ Products with tampered or removed serial numbers.


2. Return Request Process


To initiate a return, please follow these steps:


1️⃣ Report the issue within the return period:

New Products: Must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Refurbished Products: Must be reported within 3 days of delivery.


2️⃣ Contact our support team via WhatsApp or email with:

Your Order ID

Clear photos/videos of the issue

A brief explanation of the problem


3️⃣ Our team will verify your request and provide further return instructions.


📌 Note: The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and invoices.


3. Refund Process


✔️ Refunds will be processed only after product inspection.

✔️ Once approved, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.

✔️ If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), we will provide a bank transfer or store credit refund.


🔄 Exchange Option: Instead of a refund, you can choose a replacement product (if stock is available).


4. Order Cancellation Policy


✔️ Before Shipment: You can cancel your order at any time before it is shipped, and a full refund will be processed.

✔️ After Shipment: If the order has already been shipped, you may refuse delivery or request a return as per our return policy.


5. Important Notes


⚠️ Unauthorized returns will not be refunded (products sent back without approval).

⚠️ We do not offer refunds for delays caused by courier services.

⚠️ Refunds will be denied if the returned product is found to be damaged due to customer mishandling.
